Structural rods

UAB Metal Solutions has the following steel brands in stock in accordance with the European Union standard EN 10025:

S235JR – structural carbon steel

S355J2 – structural carbon steel

40X – steel for tempering, forms, stamping

C45 – structural steel for hardening

These rods are formed by heating the steel to a certain temperature, and when the steel cools down the rods are no longer further formed/machined.

Hot forming rods are used wherever special accuracy and surface smoothness are not required when additional processing of steel is planned.
