Hot-rolled sheets

Hot-rolled is a sheet whose dimensions have been formed by passing steel through rollers while the steel is still at a very high temperature (more than 900 C).

Hot-rolled sheets generally have a less smooth surface than cold-rolled ones. Such steel is harder and usually has no internal stresses, so parts cut directly from the sheet do not deform or deform less.

If cold-rolled sheets are usually made up to 3mm thick, hot-rolled sheets can be made up to 70 mm thickness and thicker.

UAB Metal Solutions maintains in the warehouse and supplies various positions of hot-rolled sheets.
